Order Processing
All orders require 1 to 3 business days to be processed before they are shipped.
During this time, we carefully prepare, inspect, and package your order.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.
The total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is approximately 3 to 7 business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, provided that tracking is available through the shipping carrier.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Delays
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside the control of Sprites Plush.

Sprites Plush is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us with your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the package and damaged items.
We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
